Missed chance

Sarah Jessica Parker says there will be no Sex & the City film, and admits the reason was Kim Cattrall. "There was a time in 2004 and even last year when there was a great momentum for a film. The production was all set and readied and the script was ready. It's true, everyone was on board for the film except Kim." Why not? "I was led to believe there were a number of reasons. It wasn't just a case of money, but I'm not certain exactly what all those reasons were." Our loss, SJP.
