Moss unlikely to be charged

A British newspaper is reporting that Kate Moss will likely escape criminal charges for her alleged cocaine use at a London recording studio. Although the model claimed "full responsibility" in a statement to the media, she has not admitted to police that she had taken the drug. The police are reportedly concerned that Moss may have been set up by a music industry insider with hopes of selling the images to media.
