Miley Cyrus was spotted Wednesday kissing Liam Hemsworth at an ice cream shop. Cyrus was sporting some serious bling on her left ring finger though the singer is a little young for marital bliss. At the age of seventeen, Cyrus has found more success than other musicians who have been in the businessmuch longer, beating out the likes of Brittney Spears and Kelly Clarkson on the Billboard 200.
